What a wonderful experience in customer service and a quality hair cut I had recently. The stylist I was scheduled to see wasn't available but they said Caty was. The woman up front said she's good, she does her hair, and she had great hair. Caty was friendly and skilled. She really demonstrated the difference between just getting your hair cut and getting a really good cut. Last time I went to an inexpensive place where they just trimmed an inch or two off, and my hair looked the same. It didn't have that great feeling and look like when you go to a salon. It was just a little shorter. Caty knew what my hair needed to give it some lift and life. A quick blow dry with some product and I looked and felt so much better. I am definitely going back, and I prom to show up at the correct time!

Making the appointment was a breeze online. When I arrived, I was greeted politely and waited about 5 minutes after my appointment, which was no big deal. The stylist, which I can't remember her name, took me back for a shampoo. Once that was done, we sat down, and I explained what I wanted, and she understood. During the process, I didn't really feel heard. Even making small talk, I felt she was one of those people who is "always right". You know the type I'm talking about. Anyway, she made about 8 cuts to my hair. Literally. No framing was done either. By this point, I just wanted to be done with it. I mean, half of the assignment was done, and I didn't really feel too confident by this point to even say something. Once that was done, not even a 5 minute haircut, I went to pay: $40! $40 for a couple of cuts. I mean, I know everything is much more expensive than what I'm used to, but I wasn't expecting that much for so little. I'm torn between the number of stars. I mean, it was evened out, with the exception of one really long hair missed that I cut at home. Everyone was friendly, the salon was clean, and I didn't have any issues with the shampoo. However, it wasn't what I was expecting, both in cut and price.

I'm 69 years old and their $2 discount for Seniors is a bit disingenuous. Again, the Staff does a good job at serving their customers.

Hi, when you go almost a full year between cuts ALL of the ends get thin and look terrible. I asked for her recommendation and she said it had to go shorter. I was fine with that. When the cut was done, it was about 3 inches longer than anticipated. I guess I need to drop my shoulders that far down to get what I asked for???? She barely trimmed the top layer. I was not fine with her repeated shoving my head down into my chest, yanking out hair (even as I kept saying ouch), and poking me in the eye while she pretended to look away while drying my hair. I have thinning, perimenopausal hair and don't need someone helping me go bald by ripping out my hair. Do yourself a favor and RUN away from this place. I did call customer service and they are supposedly letting the "salon" owner know about the situation. I doubt I will hear from the owner. Now I have to find another extremely rare Saturday off to go have an actual professional fix this mess.
