Jeff was able to explain to me that we only could replace the sash and that is indeed a much easier and less resource intensive option. For this one only have to pay for labor. It only took a 7 minute phone call.. apparently the previous sales consultant didn't give them correct phone number...

He knew exactly what I was talking about, and actually walked me to the display explaining that due to the sale they didn't have many left. They didn't have what I needed, but considering that I had nothing in my hands and I wasn't going to purchase anything I was impressed that he went out of his way to help me. I have to say he kind of restored my faith in humanity, because I had been into a store downtown that could not have been less friendly and helpful. And even though it is sometimes inconvenient, I appreciate the fact that they are closed on Sundays.

We were very pleased when Eric cleaned our system and showed us that the only issue was that the run capacitor on the compressor was struggling. Eric replaced it and added a "hard start kit" to reduce strain and power consumption during startup. Overall, he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. There was no effort to "upsell us." The system has been working great ever since.
