"this client decided to be cheap and hired her own crew" = FALSE. I used the on-site labor provided by Shepard, the show's contractor. "I felt bad and offered Karrie about $6,000 credit" = FALSE. The show happened July 4th, and I have a trail of emails requesting a credit until at last September with NO RESPONSE FROM ASHUR. The $6000 was not because of the extra labor (which I DID NOT even charge him for), it was for the graphics he reprinted on-site because he didn't print the right panels and sizes (SEE ATTACHMENT). "Funds were never received by us and were credited back to her when we saw the mistake." = FALSE. The charges happened in May, and I had to follow up for over 30 days before I finally filed a charge back. Ashur responded with "System will credit back shortly" and "first charge is a hold and should come off and will not show up on your bill" for weeks until I gave up. You notice that he didn't comment at all on that giant missing 4' panel for our last job with him? Yeah, because there's no excuse for that. I can screencap more of our emails if you insist on spreading lies.
