6 days ago NEW New, I was gonna love this store from the minute I called up and heard their phone service. It's really unique. Definitely check it out. Lol Everyone is friendly, artistic, patient, and helpful. I didn't really know what I wanted, but their staff helped me put everything together! This is the place to go if you need custom shirts, hats , and specialty items. They even gave me an organic lollipop with my order. Lol This is the only print shop I will go too and I am hooked for life! read more

They did a great job placing a favorite photo on a t-shirt. They use excellent quality t-shirts, print very well and include thorough instructions for care. I couldn't be happier. read more

As a business owner I'm always looking for quality and competitive prices. Here at Customistic I always get both. I just started a softball team. Went in sent about 10 minutes with Angie, creating a logo from scratch. It was perfect. I love it. Had my shirts for my whole team within 24 hours. Thanks again Angie. This is why I keep coming back read more

After getting the run around from another shirt printing company and poor customer service. It was a breath of fresh air the second Angie took my call. The previous business told me i didn't have the correct file images for shirt production, told me they could create it but don't have the time so I payed a art designer to make a new file image. When Angie took my call, even I provided the new image file she wanted to see my original image and felt the file was fine. She was very friendly and confident that she could achieve what I wanted. Long story short, she passed it to Kiana who so nice and friendly and ensured that the files I had were the best file types and she made it the very same day with a great quality Hanes sweater. It came out so good, I got stopped by two people shopping at Walmart telling me they love my company shirt and the design made them stare and want to read the shirt. Thank you Kiana, I will go no where else for my fabric printing needs in the valley. Quick, friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. See you guys again soon ; ) read more

They did an amazing job! Got my hoody's before Christmas. Staff were great. I would recommend 10/10

I reached out to this business 2 days before my event. I was having a team outing and I wanted us to have matching tshirts. They got back to me quickly and said they could do a 24 hour turn around with short notice. I went in to see them towards the end of the day as they were closing. They took their time with me and made sure I was happy with the project. I received a discount for ordering more that 10 shirts which saved on the rush fee. They said they'd text me the next day as soon as it was ready. They never emailed, called or text. I had my assistant waiting to go and pick them up while I was in meetings all day and they never did. When I was finally able to call they were closed. Because they were so thorough I didn't expect to have to keep following up with them during a busy day. Other than that it was great! read more

I had a great experience with Customistic! Found them through google search local in Las Vegas. Sent a request for a quote on the website. At first I didn't get a response and then just kinda went... oh well and forgot. They followed up with a text if I got the email and resent and I noticed, I just missed it. I'm so grateful they followed up through text! Ended up going in-store to the shop and it was poppin at 10am! Bunch of customers getting designs and picking up orders. Short wait and great service from Angie and another cool lady with glasses. Angie adjusted my art digitally for print in front of me and I love the way it came out! Hanes size Small and a huge Vato Bunny! Thanks Customistic team for everything! read more

I've shopped here twice. The first time myself, I went in had several shirts customized with the owner Angie and I spent over $1000, the second time through my assistant working with a guy she didn't get the name of spending around $100. After the first visit I told anyone who asked they were great, friendly and would definitely recommend them. I've even used them indirectly through my business several times. But the second visit was just terrible. They basically ran my assistant out the door irritated that she was changing the colors and placement on the design of the shirt they were designing for us? Can you believe the audacity? Coming to a custom design shirt place and asking them to design the shirt for you the way you want it?!! And unsurprisingly after the way they acted they ended up getting the shirt wrong despite the proof being right leaving us to scramble to get it replaced the day of the party. So bottom line if you're spending $1000 they'll might be great to you but $100 and you better be prepared to haul butt with your design or they'll make rude comments in front of your face, huff at your changes and tell you that's the last edit I'm making to your shirt when you aren't even done. And definitely check your shirt thoroughly! Seriously? What on earth who can run a successful business this way? Worse, who can treat another person that way who's making a kids birthday shirt? Really pathetic, just charge for your time if it's that valuable you're willing to run a sweet girl out of your shop almost in tears. Or at least inform people of your time limits and let them decide whether to bother with you. I thought I found my custom t-shirt place but definitely will not be returning or recommending. There are more deserving businesses. I've read several reviews and answers by the owner so let me say this now...I am a real customer, I am not a competitor trying to ruin your business with a fake review. And we didn't bring the shirt back for you to fix because it was the weekend and you're closed, but we would have hated to have to step foot back in your store again anyway. You just failed hard and although I don't leave many reviews, I do when people either go above or beyond or fail miserably. Yours of course being the latter. Just do better. read more

Came here for a last minute present for my husband. I had a high quality photo put on a sweater I bought separately from the shop. I was expecting it to take a few days but the nice lady who mocked it up for me said they were busy so "it might be a little longer than an hour"! I was so surprised it could be done that quick, they're all awesome there! Came back the next day to pick up and it looked great and he loved the gift. Ive already recommended them to a friend! Also my almost 2yo was being a brat and they helped me calm him down by getting us some lollipops. Super thoughtful and sweet! read more

Very professional and very quick service. Designed and printed 4 shirts in less than 90 min. Highly recommended.

I had to go in to replace a coffee cup and shirt that I got in the Marines in 2004! These items cannot be replaced and I was delighted to find this store! My Wife and I were greeted warmly when we came in and the lady that helped me was a master at the graphic program on her computer! She recreated my coffee cup and t-shirt exactly as it was when I received them! She was patient and understanding! My items were completed in about 45 minutes which is fast considering we went and ate breakfast. We will go back to this store a lot in the future for many items that they can create from your imagination! Fantastic experience and thank you for your expertise! The Lady that owns this store is a former Marine and the lady that helped me is the Daughter of a Marine! As a Retired Marine I am delighted to support this store! Thank you! read more

I highly appreciated the genuine kindness and professional service we received. I placed a large order for shirts, masks, hats & shot glasses that all had my late Sons color image & handwriting. This was the most painful time for us and everything was handled outstanding. I had a vision for the shirts and I'm so happy this is where we went. We were helped with design, placement and ideas and all our friends and myself loved how everything turned out. I would go to them and recommend them to everyone. During such intense grief we were treated with compassion and given excellent service with attention to detail. Our order was perfect. I now have everything on file with them so I can place future orders very easily. Thank you. read more

Welp, too good to be true I guess. Went back in tonight to give Customistic more business but the service was like night and day. Completely different vibe than the last time. Employee seemed irked when I didn't go sit down on a couch to write my name and email on a piece of paper. Told them I could stay AND pay a designer fee for the work I needed. And that was the end cuz no one called me over to design my t-shirt. Disappointed to say the least. Felt like they were trying to get rid of me. Moving on to a new shop to give another company my business. read more

We will never go there again. we went in to get a shirt and we approved what was showed to us however when we picked it up there was a shadow looking spot on one of the pictures and they are saying we approved it with that flaw. There was no way. They are dishonest and would not correct it. so now we are stuck with the expensive shirt. They do not care about their customers satisfaction. read more

Poor customer service ! If your work isn't easy they will just brush you off and push you away to help someone else's easy order when I've been waiting to be helped for 20min. I wasn't even helped for 2minutes. The only "assistance" I received was being told my device sucks and isn't there fault it's not working. When I I had no help what so ever when I showed my iPad the lady didn't even care. The old lady that helped me insisted in sitting me down and when I kindly refused because I want my service to be finished, she slammed her hand on the counter and SCUFFED and looked at the other customer making me fell like I'm a problem in your business. This was such a Terrible experience and I was looking to make multiple purchases but sadly I was treaded horribly. read more

From the moment I entered the store, observing how they were interacting with each other as well as the customers ahead of me, I knew they were going to have my business. Las Vegas has really declined when it comes to customer service, BUT not here. They made a truck decal of the logo I designed and 11months later despite the desert sun my logo still looks brand new- no fading no cracks and no chipping. read more

Same day quality 'service' is a definite. Unfortunately, since my last visit the quality of their shirts are low grade. Very thin, and the neck is super wide making the look sloppy during a days wear. I can imagine the look with humidity in the atmosphere. I wish they had chosen another cost cutting measure. I mean their prices are 'not' cheap. read more

I am rebranding my business and placed a pretty difficult order for custom vinyl on 25 duffle bags, 12 trucker hats and 3 large window decals. T-shirt Ninja Fairy (yes that's the actual job title lol) Mallory and Lez were great! They went back and forth with me working out all the details and helping to modify my art work for the best final results. You can tell that they truly understand what will and won't work with vinyl and I must say the quality of the products I received is outstanding! I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for a snafoo with the hats (and a bit of an unhappy ending) but that will certainly not take away from how happy I am with the duffles and decals! Thank you for creating QUALITY products! I would recommend them to anyone locally who is in need of custom quality vinyl! read more

Had a custom shirt I designed for my full marathons made perfectly by them. The woman whose name I don't know was patient with transferring my artwork into their system and listened to my small suggestions on spacing and sizing. It turned out the way I wanted. Only thing I wish was the white on the front was more white because I could see some blue through it. Its a little bit pricey compared to others but the quality makes it worth it. I will definitely come back when I make more shirts for my races. Update 09/26/2020 I haven't worn the blue running shirt yet and the white vinyl is no longer white but mostly bluish-white. Kinda disappointed in the quality of the vinyl. I had another shirt made out of the same material in a shop in Korea and their vinyl is still white as new over 2 years later and was half the price. read more
