(If you own the townhouse in question, I feel sorry for you and suspect the reason for the price drop is because property management is rude to those who show interest.) UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE - We were tenants having Command as the property management. From issues like arguing the responsibility of holes in the walls (Which were absolutely obliterated when we entered the house), to not being proactive on the owners flip flopping between wanting to rent or sell, to having to constantly stay at home to deal with maintenance issues (leaks, floors, HVAC, roof, mold), to ridiculous things like utilizing a platform that charges a FEE just to pay our rent, had us in a constant spiral of questioning what financial responsibilities we would be on the hook for, and when/if repairs would be made. Everything moved slow, constant mistakes were made, and we had to suffer through a just flat out incompetent team in a run down house and non-existent / overly cheap owners. When the lead of command sends a final message of, "I know it's been a rough time for you", you can guarantee they're going to mishandle any other property that isn't already extremely easy. Tenants - don't be fooled by the friendly demeanor. When it matters, Command will fail you.

There is a mandatory charge every month for a 'resident benefits package' that does nothing but drain your wallet. They will pick your pocket for everything possible: Need to remove someone who moves out? Hundreds of dollars in fees. Need to add someone who moves in? More hundreds of dollars in fees. Moving out yourself? Over $500 in mandatory cleaning costs and over $2000 in security deposit charges, including $400 for 'junk removal' for items they left when we moved in and refused to take away, and over $550 for a 'washing machine gasket'. Don't like it? They have a 'dispute process' where they ignore your pleas and charge you anyway. Enjoy navigating the legal system when you have to sue for your security deposit.
