When I have had to make a claim, they helped me through the process and stayed in close contact until everything was resolved. I have called the office on several occasions just with questions and have always been met with pleasant, helpful, courteous , knowledgeable, voices, be it Jim Donahue or one of the others on his staff. Even though I'm pretty sure I'll never switch companies because I trust these folks so much, I have checked rates of other companies. Several of them. And time and agin I've been told my coverages and rates cannot be beat. I am very happy with these folks!

i cancelled because my premium was significantly higher than what i thought was told over the…read morephone. however, the 1 star is not for that, because i recognize its possible that it is my own fault and i did not communicate clearly with the staff. the 1 star is for lack of professionalism and overall experience with them. I called to cancel with them and was told I would immediately receive an email confirming my cancellation. I did not, so I emailed them a few days later confirming my cancellation. They replied 8 days later with an email riddled with spelling and grammar errors, not confirming my cancellation but instead asking if i want my renters insurance to continue or not. furthermore, when you do call them, about 60% of the time you are met with "she's not here right now, i can have her call you back in an hour" which typically means several hours or not at all. ALSO, the 5 star review from Lizbeth H is one of the agents/owner of Linares insurance group. very shady and scummy that you'd write your own business a 5 star review.
