Assistant manager Stacy went above and beyond to help me with an issue. I had a tear in my brand new ecotherm parka(an accident by me). Being an expensive big purchase for me, I was pretty upset. I sat on the Eddie Bauer customer service line for literally hours, unable to reach anyone with the crazy holiday calls. I decided to try the store to see if they'd be able to help. Stacy was so helpful and immediately empathetic. She could tell I was upset and stressed, and threw out a few options that I had to remedy the situation. I wasn't expecting such a great outcome!!!! Obviously I wanted this jacket to last 10 years, and I was already amazed at how warm it was. I'm also a dog walker and outside a lot, and it has endured the coldest of the cold and soooo many dog nails from dogs jumping. Stacy restored my faith in outdoor retailers and I couldn't be happier. I've finally found out why cotton is not being utilized in clothing much now, but the clothing details are all wrong for the petite woman styles. Such a shame, the styles make women in their 60's look older and they are not stylish either. Shift pull over linen dresses with no zippers would be washed and fluffed once then discareded, I suppose that is the plan. Such a shame. The recent linen jacket I bought the sleeves & colllar were so ugly, who would wear that?

If we hadn't been traveling, I would have been tempted take a closer look at some of the eye-catching clothing that appealed to my casual and comfortable preferences. There was still plenty to see. They offer a nice variety of items in different price ranges. I've always been drawn to natural stones. I found a couple to add to my collection along with a fun celestial themed necklace.
