Vendors - He worked smoothly with all of them and everyone had nothing but great things to say about working with Chris...DJ loved him, photographer loved him, staff at Los Gatos Lodge who suggested him to us. There were a few moments of the wedding that I knew ahead of time I wanted captured, my husband receiving a gift of lego viking cuff links from me, the ring bearer dog and flower girl dog heading down the aisle and finally me hitting my husband with silly string after we cut the cake! Custom Video Connection (Chris Hennessy) was contracted to help write, film, and edit a short ten minute video tribute to be shown at Auberge du Soleil in Napa during my daughter's wedding reception. In my 12 year career, I have never met anyone more dedicated to their clients than Chris at Custom Video Connection. I run an adrenaline park brand called House of Air. Chris filmed, directed, edited, and produced 18 videos for our employee video training series. We are a growing company, but still small enough to need personal attention. When we decided to franchise and expand, we knew we needed standardized employee training. We researched and interviewed several video production companies, and we were immediately impressed by Chris' energy, passion, and personal connection. Chris produced nearly 3 hours of finished product for us, broken into several distinct video segments. He coordinated videographers and a drone operator for us to get the best possible raw video footage to work with. Chris' guidance was vital in helping us to understand the best teleprompter setup, scripting, and lighting, as well as which of his microphones to use in which takes to produce the best sound. I worked very closely 1-on1 and directly with Chris on the video editing process, because I'm a very picky client, and he was very patient with me - he wouldn't stop until the finished product was edited exactly to my specifications.
