They had the oil pan, but not the gasket now anybody that works on vehicles know that you can't really do anything without a gasket because stuff will leak everywhere but anyways to make a long story short, they sent me up to Blaine because they said they had three on hand of the gaskets. So another 20 minutes drive time to Blaine. I get up there get the part bring it home open the box and the damn thing is used and abused and broken so all that messing around got me nowhere so I decided to go with O'Reilly auto parts in my town and they gave me brand new parts. My honest opinion of Autozone is that they hire stoners and they are always screwing something up! I would say change the name to AutoStoned!!

Everyone on staff that night went out of their way to work well past closing time to replace my battery, order and replace my alternator and get me back on the road on a night where temperatures were well below zero, which is greatly appreciated, because I was mostly up the creek without a paddle if they didn't. While Blaine isn't my neck of the woods, based upon the experience I had I would certainly recommend this location and appreciate everything they did (with honorable mention to the kind person that gave me a jump while stranded in the middle of the highway, the Blaine PD for unlocking my car when it decided to lock all the doors with the keys in the ignition after I tried jumping it again, and to Top Ten Liquors for letting me use their phone since my cell phone was also conveniently locked in my car while I wasn't).

I went in and the front desk asked me a couple of questions and then had my car in line to get an inspection. I left and a couple hours later they confirmed the issues and quoted me. I accepted the quote and they proceeded with the replacement of my radiator and thermostat. Within 24 hours I had my vehicle fixed and back. Great job, quick turnaround, and acceptable pricing! My trip to get my all terrain tires swapped out for my summer treads had a slight hiccup…read more Normally,they keep the clean,outside consistent but this time the dirty inside with the chalk location marks ended up facing out.In addition to that,the swapped out tires were chalked with location on the good side. I know mistakes happen but it's the response that matters.They made it right in the end. I had to inflate all when I got home as they were 6# less than the truck specs and 11# less than the tire specs.
