Anna pierced me (belly button) however, she gave me a long bar and three months later my piercing is not healing right and looks super bad and gross. I go back in to get it looked at (Aldofo looked at me because Anna was out), and he informed me the bar was messing up my healing process and that I needed a shorter one... this is all apart of the healing process... apparently. Now maybe I might be the uneducated one here but I've never heard of getting a piercing then coming back to purchase another bar a month later cause it's apart the "healing process" . And even if it is, She did not warn me that I had to purchase another shorter bar a month later for it to properly heal. I don't even know if that's a real thing because I've never heard of a such but hey, I'm down $20 later praying that I didn't get scammed and that my pricing starts to heal properly. Moral of this review, My problem was the lack of information. make sure you know everything about the healing process cause they might be doing you dirty to get more money out of you.
