An absolute terrible and unprofessional experience during a windshield replacement--scheduling was…read moresimple, easy and convenient and that's where it ends. The service is where it fails miserably. It took almost 2.5 hours to replace a windshield. I had to ask for an update twice only to be told on both occasions "soon." Even after asking for an estimated time of completion "soon" was the response. I was then asked to submit payment before their payment system closes at 5pm. Pay for a service that's incomplete without an actual update? Unprofessional. I discover the technician was apparently having difficulty putting the windshield moldings back together and in the correct position. This could have been shared initially. I was told pieces broke and they were replacing the broken pieces. Now that the business is closed and the gentlemen want to go home--the vehicle comes out. I open the hood to check the work of the molding and there's not a single molding clip screw in place. I bring this to their attention and it's a "oh I didn't know they weren't in" then they proceed to try and place make-shift pieces through out as a quick fix. Manager was called and would supposedly rectify this situation. Welp! Still waiting on that phone call. Do yourself a favor this year and treat yourself better...avoid this place.

They came out immediately to diagnose the problem for a fee of $139. The problem was a leaky coil. Their cost to replace was $4,200. I immediately knew I was being gouged and said no thank you. I then called George; He came out the next day to confirm the problem and size the replacement coil. Tuesday morning, he was out at 8:30 am and replaced the coil, recharged the system etc. all for $2,800. It is really hard to find honest companies, that wont take advantage of you. George is certainly one of them.

He came out to check it 3 TIMES, was incredibly impatient, and blamed it on the machine itself, not his installment of course. Told us to turn on our fans to combat the noice. We had an Amana dealer representative come to check and was so astonished at how awful our unit was installed by George, he asked permission if he could send a picture to his colleagues. Seriously, save yourself the trouble. He would rather blame the unit, than hurt his ego.

The tech, Andre, pretreated several areas and I could tell the difference right away even in spots where I unsuccessfully tried to remove gum or stains. Asked some questions about the process and chemicals, experiences, etc and was able to book him for the next morning at 8am! Pierre was on time and texted me to let me know when he was on the way (wonderful!), and he did an excellent job cleaning my couches and chairs. I have two dogs, a cat, and two kids so you can imagine how gross these pieces get! He brought all his own equipment including towels for the floor and water for the machines. He got right to work and was finished in just about 2 hours. He shared that he worked 10 years in a name-brand furniture store specializing in upholstery cleaning before starting his own company. You can tell he knows what to do when he first checks out your furniture before starting to clean. Pierre cleaned up all the furniture and it looks and smells great now, you wouldn't know we have pets just by sitting on the sofa. He gave a competitive quote and his timeliness and results speak for themselves.

I didn't count how many people. The supervisor constantly ensuring the safety of his crew and clearing up the area where debris fell. It's rare to receive call from the owner of business. I guess it's a small business. Everyone is busy on the field. Supervisor told me to contact my insurance company to see if I can get a discount because of the new roof.
