They came to the house to review their process, estimate the amount of things we needed moved, packed and wrapped. Ultimately we booked their services to pack our kitchen, wrap all of our furniture, move heavy boxes from upstairs, disassemble furniture, and overall get us ready for our move. They came back with 5 guys and two trucks and loaded everything up and unloaded everything in our new home. They were extremely efficient, hardworking and incredibly polite! They made sure to have conversation with us during the process to put our minds at ease, they worked like a small team of robots. We even used them to help us find cleaners to help with the house we moved out of, house keepers to help us keep the new home in order and painters to get the new home to our liking. Moved under 50 miles and hired Custom Moving Solutions for the move. They packed us as well. 1. Curtis the crew leader on this move and was outstanding, never stopped working like some I've seen. Great customer service and polite to a fault even when my wife made a mistake about where something went. What a terrific individual! 2. John was fantastic as well and worked tirelessly throught the move. Again great attitude and interaction with us! 3. Jamal, was a tiger that guy moved, moved, moved. Our realtor highly recommended Custom Moving Solutions fter we told them about two other companies we received quotes from, but just didn't feel right about. These guys were constant professionals and went above and beyond - even driving by the new house before they stopped in to quote to see how they could best serve us. Their quote was below the others and after it was all said and done was even cheaper than anticipated. These were the hardest working bunch of guys-they NEVER took a break. They do anything from packing it all to moving it all in or whatever you want. Another cool thing - they will take items you want to donate and do it for you for! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was so stressed about moving, because I had back-to-back closings, selling one house and buying another all in the same day. I've never had to be totally out of house with no place to take things. They showed up PROMPTLY - BOTH DAYS - at 9:30 a.m. - even though I live in Greenville, SC, and they came from Asheville, NC. All i can say is the guys that moved us were great. Miranda from the office called us and kept us in touch every step of the way. We were a 3 part move. House-storage-house over a 45 day waiting period. House closing moved and they accomodated us with changing the move date effortlessly. Like i said the moving crews were great and the only thing i would suggest is to make sure they evaluate the quantity of stuff very well to make sure they have the right amount of movers. 3 loaded but 2 delivered, made it a long day for those two guys Jamaal and Gerald who were awesome. read more

Chris and his team (John, Curtis, and Jamal) did a spectacular job at a price that was far below the big "name" brands for our move from Charlotte to Atlanta. They packed our entire house in less than 8 hours and had it loaded in even less time the following day. The truck was at our house within 30 minutes of the scheduled time (completely reasonable due to traffic) and Chris and John worked extremely hard to get everything done as quickly as possible.
