They…read moremisquoted the price and charged my credit card for the deposit before I even saw the final price or signed the contract. After 3 months, DOUBLE the time expected, I called and the owner explained that they don't handle install, only sales. Installer finally called and scheduled appointment to install at noon the following week. Did not show up. I called at 12:30 and they said they would be there soon, finishing up a job nearby. Never showed up. At 5pm, I called back, more excuses, I got the laborer's phone number and called him directly. He said "no no, no today, you're not next." I called salesman, instead of trying to help, he tried to argue that I shouldn't have taken off work because "no one said you had to be there". Yes, they did say I had to be there, I had to be there to specify where to put the carport, I had to give them the final payment at the install. AWFUL experience from beginning to ... unfortunately still living it.
