Predatory pricing, dishonest response -- shop anywhere else…read more I stopped in to buy a fitting for a piece of equipment. They had what I needed, so I bought it -- $240. Got home, looked up the part number, and found it retails for $60 everywhere else. That's not a markup. That's a ripoff. I called to ask about the price difference. The woman I spoke with claimed there's only a "very small markup" and said she wasn't sure about other stores' pricing. Either they don't know what they're selling, or they're banking on customers not checking. Both are unacceptable. I won't be back, and I hope to make sure others know to avoid this place too. You can get the same parts elsewhere for a quarter of the cost -- without the insult to your intelligence.

I wish I could say something good - I tried for months to get Old Mill to move forward on a quote I…read morehad been given by their sales guy, and it kept falling in the cracks. I was told they had a system that had moved the deal to lost, but they admitted that was an accidental issue on their side. Then, I was repeatedly told someone would call, but I never heard. The last straw was when I called and was told they had been dialing the wrong number for me - I only have one number. Then they called back (number works now) and said that everything was worked out, but now they have had a "significant" (their words) price increase, and the minimum order I had been quoted of $700 would now be $1500. That is not customer service and is not how business should be done. I offer this review as a warning to others. There are other companies, and hopefully, you will have a good experience. I did not.
