I don't normally do that but I was hot and desperate. After a couple of months I looked on yelp and found The Millennia Spa. Best thing I could have done!! I called and was ready to give up when I wasn't getting an answer. So glad I didn't! I made an appointment with Amanda for cut and style for the next day. We both agreed on a style I found on the internet! Can I just say that Amanda is the best stylist...professional and friendly and easy to talk to and tell her anything regarding my hair! I have never been so pleased with a short hair style as I am now! After being anxious and scared for nothing I feel great!! When my hair looks good and feels good....I feel good!!! Thank you, Amanda!! I will be back!! I highly recommend Amanda!! She is great!!!

I originally left a two-star review based on my wife's experience. Her appointment was canceled the…read moreday of her scheduled haircut, and there was no prior communication or attempt to reach out beforehand. In response, the owner brought up that I had scheduled and canceled multiple appointments in the past, which is true--but those were made under my account and have nothing to do with my wife's separate appointment under her own account. The two situations are not related, and shifting the focus to my history avoids addressing the actual issue. Looking through other reviews, I've noticed a pattern where negative feedback is either ignored or met with responses that place blame on the customer rather than taking accountability. That's disappointing to see, especially when communication is such a basic expectation for any service.

Gabrielle did an excellent job both with my manicure and pedicure. Her experience and skill were very apparent and, as a bonus, she's really nice. Had an appointment set and when I got there, I had to wait over a half an hour for her to get to me. FINALLY got in the chair and pretty much the whole time I was there she completely ignored me. Spent the entire appointment talking to the people standing around the chair next to hers, even though they were all ignoring her. So rude. While I was waiting for my hair to process, she turned her back to me and started styling her own hair. The rest of the time her and the stylist next to her were bantering back and forth like petty teenagers. Not a pleasant atmosphere at all. When my hair was done, it was ok, but nowhere near what I had asked for and she left color all over my forehead. Then when I go to checkout, she tells me the total and asks me how much I wanted to tip because it's included in the cost. Yeah......I don't think so. I've always tipped my stylist, but I have NEVER had a stylist TELL me to include her tip. Needless to say, I will be finding a better and more professional salon.
