He kept me in the loop and let me know that the numbers of hours would need to increase to account for this. He was able to get the job done at a lower quote than a lot of other contractors and a big concern of mine before hiring any contractor was to match the texture of the wall. He was able to do it no problem and you can't tell he cut any holes. Tyler went above and beyond by covering the cost of material since the job quote had to increase, but he was transparent and I completely understand that hurdles come up. Overall, would recommend him 10/10. Material he used was CAT6 and I'm seeing amazing speeds to all my services, Job: wire Ethernet from patch panel to my office room inside my condo.
