He told me to take my items and leave, he was highly annoyed, shaking like a leaf and accused me of lying about being told when the items would be ready. I asked the two items to be removed from my bill and I told him I wasn't not paying for $150 worth of dry cleaning even after he told me to leave. He agreed to take my payment, I'm sure his boss was pleased. Won't use them again or recommend them. The staff I interacted with could use a lesson in customer service and cleanliness.

Wanted two items cleaned. One was washable and/or dry cleanable. It was new and I didn't trust…read morewashing it. The other was only dry clean and had a stain on the front. I had an extended conversation with the representative when I dropped off the items. We looked at the stain on the item - she stated there was no guarantee that they could remove it; I understood but thought they were going to try. The other item, they were confident that it would dry clean properly. When I picked up the items, I discovered the stained item was still stained!!! When I inquired, the rep was extremely rude stating that there was no indication on the ticket that spotting was needed and since nothing was written down, there was nothing they could do. Unacceptable! The new item (black) now has numerous white blotches all over it. I doubt I'll be able to wear it again. Neither item was pressed - both were more wrinkled than when I dropped them off. The black item looks as tho it was rolled up in a ball; it is horribly wrinkled. This is a one and done deal. I could not in good conscience recommend them - I don't care how long they've been in business. The rep was rude, she didn't care about the quality but she was very eager to accept my payment with no credit; no offer to try to clean it again! I do wonder how a business like this can stay in business!!! I won't be back.
