Never happened. Then it bent my license plate and I bent it back and told them again. Still no reply. Then it made a rub mark on the back of my hatch. They don't take care of the customer and they lie right to your face of saying the manager will call u. I even tried to stop in to talk to the manager since they said he don't do weekends but I think he was there but didn't want to deal with me. If you love your vehicle don't go here to wash it. Only reason this isn't a 5 star is that the kids and I wish there was crushed ice since we consider ourselves fountain conossaeurs. I trust the quality of gas here. Staff is friendly and quick to help. Bathrooms are clean with toilet paper, towels and smell good unlike some others in the area. Keep up the great work! Get crushed ice and it goes to a 5 ;)

It looked great until it dried the next morning, quite a few hardwater spots. I went back to Northstar and talked to the mgr on duty. They were very busy and couldn't get me in right away. The owner gave me the money back and was very sorry it was probably not rinsed enough. She didn't have to do that, and could have told me to wait. Very nice and helpful, thanks.

I think the cheapest car wash you can get is $15 and all it does is wash and dry. Their vacuums were good and my car did look clean however my rearview mirrors came out all folded up which was annoying. I won't be returning back because other car washes have much more affordable prices. They can at least offer other types of vacuums and mat washers if they want to charge that much for a 3 min car wash. I'll stick to Tommy car wash from now on.
