We booked it and from beginning to end, it was smooth sailing with them. They consistently told me what was going on, where there technicians were and how much longer the work would be, each day. We had several different crews at different stages in the process and each and every one was great! He is very upfront and walked me through each phase and again embraced me for the dust that would travel through out the house even with the plastic tarps taped up to capture it all.
