Jaime is very knowledgeable and took his time to provide information and suggestions that helped us make decisions that were best suited to our needs. I particularly enjoyed his attention to detail and minor fixes that truly made a difference in making the house appear more uniform and crisp. In addition, Jaime is very communicative, straightforward, friendly, and attentive listener which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Jaime was happy to answer any and all the questions I had throughout the project which was reassuring. He also uses unique tools that surely helped with imagining and choosing colors, which was definitely our biggest hurdle. The price was reasonable compared to other estimates we received and ended up feeling well worth it once we saw the finished results and have lived in it for a few weeks now. My wood was severely busted and he did a good job repairing it. He even painted trim portions of my garage which he didn't have to. He went out of his way to uninstall lighting fixtures and reinstall them. He painted underneath areas that were very hard to reach including on the second floor roof and underneath heavy bushes. He didn't leave a spot untouched. He also powerwashed and painted a few inches below the dirt line. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him for referrals or a next painting job! Make sure to ask for using different types of paint options. (I asked to upgrade to Evershield exterior paint and it looks fantastic).

We bought an old house and had a lot of work done - scraped off popcorn…read moreceiling, repiped so there were lots of holes in the ceilings and walls, raised a sunken floor, removed tile flooring and carpeting everywhere. I was looking for a company to patch the walls and finish the ceilings. After getting quotes from multiple companies, not only was Cesar's the most reasonable, his reaction to the amount of work was very positive. Some companies didn't want to take the job because it was too big. I've included some before/after photos of just a few of the areas he worked on, but he basically patched/finished every room in the house. He also built a wall to create a room and built a wall to help convert a wetbar into a pantry. His work is amazing, and afterwards the house started feeling like a home. Cesar is studying to be a general contractor, so he also keeps an eye out for other issues that aren't just dry-wall related and will mention it. For example, he mentioned that the deck built to raise the sunken floor was not completely flat, and that the contractor would have to use a physical level to verify rather than rely on laser level (the contractor verified this to be true and came back to fix it). He also pointed out that with steady use and traffic, some screws were poking out of the transitions my floor company installed. Due to his honesty I ended up hiring Cesar for multiple other jobs other than drywall - he replaced an old pocket door and hardware, fixing the wall after he cut into it and pointing out old water damage in that location. He replaced and painted all the doors, door casings, and baseboards, changed a door to swing outwards instead of in. He reinstalled all the sliding mirror closet doors that were removed because of the abatement. He painted the walls, ceilings, and stair rails. He built and installed IKEA closets behind the sliding mirror doors. Finally, he built the pantry shelves. This man takes pride in his craft. After working with so many other contractors that will do the bare minimum, Cesar goes the extra mile to add the extra touch that makes his projects look great, built-in, and finished. I trust this man completely and wouldn't hesitate to hire him for future jobs.

He had given us a quote once for refinishing cabinets. We ended up leaving the cabinets the way they were, but noticed something was different about Tony. What really caught my attention was the way Tony walks you through his whole process. He'll shed 50+ years of knowledge based on what he would do and how he would tackle the project. He's sort of like a scientist when it comes down to the prepping and painting process. That resonates well with me because I believe every craftsman should be able to chronologically walk you through the process before executing. I had him come back to give an estimate for the interior painting of the house. We had a dated 1940s home that had strange colored walls, a masonry that needed to be skimmed / covered, and lots of patching due to other renovations that came before him. He's just about done with the home and it looks amazing. We took his recommendation to go with smooth walls and he did the absolute best he could. It's a work of art.
