We needed him to clean up before a suit and tie sort of affair. I didn't really want to place my trust in the chain haircutters, so we went with a family recommendation. This barber is located inside of Pickering Town Centre closest to the entrance next to Saks on 5th. It's a men's only hair place which is rarer for inside the mall. There are a ton of salons bust most of them specialize in women's hair styling. There were several hair stylists working on a Saturday afternoon in addition to a receptionist. We were able to walk up and be helped right away. There was a constant stream of customers coming in, some with reservations and some without. My boyfriend did not give our stylist a lot to work with. I recall hearing the words "shorter" and "a guy's haircut". Not helpful! Luckily, our stylist managed to translate those vague requirements into a good looking cut. The cut and tax came out to around $30. I know it isn't the cheapest place around but seemed worth it not to worry about it coming out bad.
