They Don't have the Pattern anymore for my Truck, and would have to have my truck TWO weeks (remember this, we'll come back to this point) to Engineer and Build my Custom Front Bumper. Uh, OK. Then Add Everything up. It was a Little expensive. I hope that it was worth every Cent (Pennies are Britain)? Now to the GOOD, with a Little bad mixed in , for good measure. Drop off my Truck. Ok, See you in two weeks. No Plan survives contact with the Enemy (Metaphor) A week into this adventure, and I receive a call from Dixie. Hello Dixie? Everything ok for my Tuesday Pick up? uh No, I'm sorry but our Lazer Cutting machine is Broken and we won't receive the parts until Wednesday. AND we will need it for another two weeks. Hmm, Ok, Life Happens. Things Break and need Parts. I was a Business Owner for 22 years and I KNOW how suppliers can screw You AND the Customer Over. This just life and Dixie CALLED me. She Communicated, which is so rare these days. Now, do you want it Rushed or GOOD? Good Please. As two weeks passed Dixie was again in Communication with me on various aspects of the Build/Fitting of my Custom Bumper. Communication instigated on her part. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was completely curteous. 4 weeks and 2 days later I picked up my Truck. Yes Life Happened, good and bad, but, I received a complete Custom Bumper ALL the Bells and Whistles that I wanted. This Build Was completely worth the wait and price. Winch Ready Bumpers stepped up to the plate and over delivered on the product. I am completely satisfied with them. And the future deems it, I will be a repeat customer. Sincerely, Scott Liebenow

Mark Blackmore blew us out of the forest from the very beginning (especially me, a through-and-through city girl!). We initially came in just to look at what tractors were available. What happened next had Mike and I biting the bullet and buying a new tractor. Mark went step-by-step (as if we had bought the tractor) on all of the features the tractor had and explained how to operate it; how these features would fit our needs on our 1 1/2 acre property. He gave us the pros and cons of the different accessories available; but, he also told us that once we bought the tractor, use it for a year before we decide to buy any accessories. Mark also told us not to buy the bigger-sized tractor because we didn't need it. There's no BS with him. Not once did we feel pressured to buy whether it was used or new. He's not really a salesman, but more of a teacher, a very knowledgeable one at that, and that's the best kind of salesman you could hope for! And this is absolutely why you need to do business with Mark!! After all was said and done, Mike and I left with so much information and no pressure from Mark to buy that day. We came back a month later and bought a brand-new Yanmar tractor. Thank you Mark for teaching us the ways of the tractor!! p.s. Mark went one step further! We called Mark in December to tell him that we were having a hard time finding tire chains for our tractor. He tracked down the only set of chains available for our tire size and had them hold it for us and it was located right there in Redding.
