They confirmed in an email that they owe me the $500 but they won't pay it. Now they are not communicating. Also, on another a/c unit, my mini-split system is not working. It's been over 4 weeks. Per their contract I have a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR 2 YEARS. They are to remove it and refund me 100% of my money. They can't get one of the mitsubishi mini-split system heads to work, they made another appointment but didn't show up, no notification to me, and now they are refusing to communicate. This mitsubishi mini-split has one outdoor unit and three indoor heads. The tech put more freon in without measuring it and then withdrew some without measuring it just to try something. Now the 2 heads that were working are not producing as much cold air than before. Chills on Wheels is not living up to their contract and expectations. Now they are not returning phone calls or any other communication.

We cannot say enough good things about Covenant Roofing and Construction…read more From our very first contact with the company, every interaction has been professional, kind, and compassionate. One of the things that stood out immediately is that they handle everything in house. That gave us confidence and peace of mind during a very stressful time. When a tree branch fell on our home, I did not know where to begin. My husband is blind, so the responsibility of navigating everything fell to me. I have also been out of work for six months, which added to the pressure. I started researching roofing companies carefully, and it quickly became clear that Covenant was the right choice. With a previous roofing company, we were talked into using shingles they already had on their truck. We did not feel informed about our options. This experience was completely different. Cody Devore took the time to make sure I fully understood our choices. He explained everything clearly and supported my decisions without pressure. His sweet smile, professional knowledge, and steady spirit reassured me that we were in good hands. He never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Austin Willis served as the foreman and carried that same professionalism and kindness from start to finish. His calm confidence and genuine care helped guide us through the entire process. The crew worked efficiently and respectfully, and the final result looks wonderful. More than that, we felt supported every step of the way. I am deeply thankful for Covenant Roofing and Construction and would confidently refer them to anyone who needs a company they can truly trust.

That was important to me. Dustin was the salesman and was easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. Grace in the office answered the phone, no recording machines, a real person. The crew arrived on time, the foremen (Steven and Nicky) were on site most of the time and kept me up to date on changes and took pictures of the process. Roof is beautiful and was completed in 1 1/2 days, yard cleaned up and no sign of work done, just a new roof!

In some ways, how this story came about is something I'd like to forget! The morning Reunity was…read moreplacing a new window in the front bay section of the house, serious termite damage from years ago was discovered and the project had to immediately cease. Not sure of what to do, I asked the lead supervisor on the job, Gene, if he had any recommendations on a contracting company for me - here the recommendation for First Coast Contracting (FCC) came in. Not any of this companies fault, but the whole job took around 2-3 months to complete - waiting for permit approval created the longest delay. But I found the owner, Ray and supervisor, Jason, highly professional throughout the process. Thankful that Ray was patient with me when I messed up on a payment a couple of times. There was a lot of work to be done. I was surprised how young the first crew was. They tore down the things that needed replacing - repaired and replaced the header and necessary 2x4s excellently, as confirmed by the inspector. The process was rough for me mentally because dealing with two significant projects simultaneously brought great stress my way. But I persevered! I was there everyday throughout both FCC and Reunity's work and saw that all FCC teams that worked on the house preformed well. This included a tear down to reveal the extent of the damage, getting the boards, etc. to replace them, resealing the new installed plywood and siding in the end on the outside. There was one new sheet of plywood that needed to be installed on the interior, and Clovis handled that magnificently! There were a few quirks on times of arrival on a couple of occasions. This mostly was from the younger team, but I have no complaints about their work and neither did the inspector. I was going to write four stars for FCC, but after looking at only one challenge for me about them, I can keep it for five as I would use them again and they do the job fully and correctly. I'd only say too, that it is seemingly pricey. But I'm not an expert on how to rate them price-wise when compared to other contracting companies. People do get free estimates and FCC is highly rated on Google as well. Recommend: HIGH
