However, the organization and lack of communication were the main issues for me throughout the process. I understand that they were in the process of expanding their businesses in the same business lot, which must have been hectic for them. The pricing was good and affordable. Just be consistent with them and always follow up. Otherwise, you might not hear from them until you physically go in person or contact them. Despite these issues, I still consider them good people.
