While I was there, I saw about three different customers come back with serious issues related to alarm systems that had been installed. One person had returned multiple times and their alarm was still not working properly, which was very concerning. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. The owner was rude and made no effort to correct any of the problems. As for my own situation, my alarm was installed incorrectly--my dashboard now flashes constantly and it's likely going to damage my dashboard lights. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
