I got the Brazilian Koa Engineered hardwood with the best underlining LL had available. I can't tell you how much I love it and how many compliments I get on this floor! Now let me talk about the fantastic service for a minute. Scott was working/managing when I called in, out of the blue late Friday evening to come pick up a load (it took 3 loads in my Dodge Dakota). It was 10 minutes to closing and I was 30 minutes out. AND he had to pick up his daughter that evening. Well he not only waited for me and loaded the truck, he also looked up my trucks weight rating, calculated the numbers and loaded exactly what the truck could hold. Something I wouldn't have done and it being a Dodge... would most likely have ruined the transmission. I couldn't ask for better service. I was doing a large job so had to make a best guess on the amount to purchase. Scott explained exactly how to return what was left, he made it clear regarding the restocking fee and store credits so there were no surprises. Everything went smoothly. One more shout out. The last load I had to pick up Cliff was there. He was the only one there and had several customers he was working with. He greeted me immediately and explained he would be right over after he dealt with the others. He worked quickly and politely with each of them and was over in no time to help me load up. He too checked the weight for the vehicle and insured I was good to go. I notified them and they persisted in tracking down, ordering and sending me a new screen even though Velux did not make that easy. The new screen arrived today. I greatly appreciate a company that follows through when things don't go perfectly!

Found items in line and they were on sale. Pointed out the items were on sale. I walked back to the rear of the building and removed the sales tag. Also pulled up the price using their Ace Smart phone app. Lower price was on the tag and the app. I was told that I should not remove the shelf tag. The clerk had to call over a manager to override the price. Yes I was able to get it at the sales price. Neither the manager nor the clerk apologized for the inconvenience and hassle. I was not thanked for my business and see no reason to visit this store again. I have made purchases at Ace in Cartersville and never had a problem. This Ace has Unhelpful folks!

At the time of the deposit, the employee advised that they would order the part and update me via phone once it arrived, so I could schedule the appointment for the repair. I waited for a call back regarding the replacement part and followed up after the 14 days, since I did not hear back first and the receptionist was able to schedule the repair for the next business day. They were able to get everything repaired in under an hour! The process (from estimate to replacement) took about 3 weeks total, give or take. Overall, I recommend them for repairing your broken window! Many of the other places wanted us to purchase a new window, and this was not necessary.

They were late to the estimate, and when he did finally show up he was incredibly unfriendly. After 5 days, they eventually called back to give the prices and she decided to go ahead with it. It took awhile for the glass for a simple, normal sized window to come in, but that part I have less complaints about. When install day came, they were due at 8:30am. It had been raining all night and wasn't due to stop any time soon, but only after they were over TWO HOURS late for the appointment did they finally call and say they don't do installs in the rain. I get the weather being an issue, but you can't call your clients until hours of their time waiting on you has passed? Time they are missing work to make the money to pay you? The second install appointment comes, and though they were due at 9am, didn't show up until mid afternoon without having called, by which time once again- there was a job to get to rather than continuing to wait. The -third- install appointment comes, and it was scheduled for 2pm. There were no calls yet again, and the worker didn't show up until 5pm. That's 3 more hours sitting and missing work again. On top of that, he showed up with an attitude from the word "hello" and remained sullen the entire time he was here. Maybe there are good, polite, and efficient people there, but that was not our experience in the slightest. Would not recommend nor ever use again.
