Buy a Subaru and you will end up replacing several engines due to failed oil consumption tests,…read morewhich is the truth. Google it. There was a huge lawsuit regarding this. I am also saying this from personal experience. I will NEVER buy a Subaru again as long as I live and especially any car from this dealership. When trying to replace the third engine due to another failed oil consumption test (brand "new" Subaru engines last 30,000-50,000 miles and yes, I change and check my oil regularly), the service manager, Chris, actually told me Subaru was trying to "sweep the failed oil consumption tests under the rug" and refused to cover a new engine. Subaru wouldn't either. So I paid for a new engine myself (had it replaced by another mechanic in town), sold the Subaru, and bought a brand new Toyota. Stick with Toyota or Honda and stay FAR away from Subaru if you want a car that you can count on for more than 50,000 miles. These guys know they are selling you a brand new lemon every single time. You've been warned.

I have nothing good to say about this dealership. I bought a new Outback three and a half years and…read more53,000 miles ago and have had multiple issues, both with the vehicle and with the dealership. As far as the car, the hatch has broken, the windshield was defective and cracked, and the leather on the seats started to crack and come apart. The infotainment system has also needed numerous updates in order to function (still waiting to see if the recent update has solved the problem). I understand that warranty issues happen, and much of this was at least partially covered under the vehicle's warranty, but the dealership here has been less than helpful. They initially declined to even look at the windshield problem, despite my contacting them after receiving a mail notice from Subaru detailing the issue and directing consumers to contact their local dealer. They also declined to look at the leather seat issue. Both times I contacted the Subaru Advocacy team and was eventually able to get some help. When the struts on the hatch failed, I had to take the car in and call multiple times over the course of a month before they actually ordered and received the parts and replaced them. The last time I took my car in for a regular service, they charged me to rotate the tires but didn't actually rotate them. They also failed to put the oil pan plug in securely, and I and my son were stranded on the interstate for almost four hours waiting for a tow truck. I called the dealer multiple times during this and failed to get any help aside from them asking me to bring the car back into the dealership. Once I did, they did apologize and kept the car for a few days to clean off the oil that was all over it and check the engine for damage. They did eventually reimburse me for the tow truck, but it took multiple months for them to reimburse me for the replacement parts and service I needed after the mountain bike that was on a hitch rack was covered in motor oil. They still charged me for the oil change and tire rotation. I have had multiple experiences when I brought the car in for service and was told it would be an hour at the most and was then left sitting there for 2-3 hours. I also recently had a service that I was told would be $173 that then turned into a $340 repair due to miscellaneous charges. Overall, I've been incredibly disappointed. Sadly, I've spoken with friends who have had similar experiences with this location, as well. I would recommend looking elsewhere for help.

The Great: Zack was my service advisor and he gets 6 stars. Everything about my interaction with…read morehim was stellar. From the time I checked in, he was sincerely apologetic that it took a bit longer than he would have hoped to get me checked in due to the long line, and looked up a couple of recalls on my truck that he scheduled to get taken care of on the same visit. I was able to follow up with him during the day via e-mail which he responded to within minutes, and was always very polite and professional. I found some paint on my bumper after I picked it up, took a picture and sent it to him because I thought they did it. He was ON TOP OF THINGS. He went immediately to his manager and got the images from my arrival and emailed them to me. Turns out it was there when I got there, and he was very nice about it. After some investigation, we discovered the source of the paint and the culprit who was a family member. Bottom line: he was right, I was wrong - but there was no gloating or blame - just an honest desire to do the right thing. I did have to come back once to get a key reprogrammed due to an install issue and Zack got me right in, did the programming right there and then and didn't make me wait or try to charge me again (I was dreading the fight given the typical dealer experience). Also good: The shuttle driver was very polite and nice - even though virtually every one of her passengers was complaining about the wait and the cost - she just kept a smile on her face and drove us around and stayed very positive. The Not so great: 2 stars The wait for the shuttle was long -- 90 minutes. They should have more shuttles on busy days. 1 star: The prices were outrageous for dealer only parts. Hard to build brand loyalty when you know you're going to get taken advantage of the day the warranty expires by the dealer and the manufacturer. I could have bought these parts online for 20% of what I paid, except that only the dealer or mechanics who have very expensive scanners can program the parts. The computers literally lock most mechanics out of doing the repair. If not for the professionalism and friendliess of Zack, I probably wouldn't have written a review - I'd just have gone home feeling taken advantage of by Mopar and the dealer, but the quality of his service really made me feel better about what I felt like was way too much money for what got done.

So what can I say about this experience at this dealership. Let me start off by saying, I have been…read morebuying Chrysler since the Chrysler New Yorker. I have always been a huge supporter of Chrysler. After retiring from the US Army and finishing my last deployment I decided it was time to trade my only Ford vehicle I have owned in for a Tungsten 2026 Ram. That's where the stress and anxiety started. My saleswomen was great but her management team will destroy her career if she stays at this place. EVERY member of the management team are some of the biggest liars I have ever met in my life. This is coming from an officer in the US Army that has spent a good time around our political system. If you know the lies that comes from politicians, I can assure you the management team here is worse so here is a list: - they processed paperwork for a vehicle that had a manufacture stop sell and then told us there was not fix, so that fell thru. - I found the same vehicle in 3 different places in the US, I did their jobs for them. Two of those fell thru because to this dealership you ARE NOT PRIORITY! - Then I waited 3 weeks with them going back and forth about a truck in Kentucky, that was exactly the same as the one I had a stop sell on. - They ordered a completely different truck than the Kentucky truck and tried to pass it off as the Kentucky truck. - They tried to sell me a more expensive truck (now with taxes over 105k MSRP) and with less options as the original. -Then the general manager, who is a waste of space and has ZERO conflict resolution skills, as me what I wanted to do and had zero clue how to fix a problem they created. -They wasted 4 days of my time, lost jobs and customers for myself, all so they could play games with me for a vehicle over 100k. I have loved Chrysler since I was a small child and even when deployed to various countries over my 20+ years of military service and in each country I made sure to buy a Chrysler branded vehicle, while still maintaining my Chryslers on the home from. They can not apologize or their negative actions and tried to pass off a more expensive truck with fewer options and thought I would not notice or even care. They would rather be "right" in their eyes then fix the problem with money off or fixing a solution they made. They treated me like I was stupid and had no clue about the world around me. I have lived in more countries than most have been to, I have more time in a combat zone, then most people own their vehicles. Seeing I was visibly upset by their "bait and switch" techniques they did nothing for the customer but ruin my credit, case more emotional and physical pain and if I'm honest if they would have owned up to their lies and their mistake I would have taken the wrong truck home if they would have dropped the price and fixed the missing options but no they were so far into their "BAIT AND SWITCH" technique they standing on their descent seemed to be their only option or even care. This is the WORST experience I have had since leaving the military and coming home finally. The lies and their mistake "bait and switch" techniques are real with this dealership and I am forever a lost and loyal customer of Chrysler.
