I was in there at the suggestion of the Visalia Police Department to go to the pawn shops and give them the case and description of the jewelry stolen and the officer that took the report. THIS WAS THE ONLY SHOP that was rude. Didn't take the information or the officers name. I feel I am owed an apology. Go to Visalia Jewelry and Loan on Mooney Blvd. Very professional and friendly people. They took a report on a form they have for stolen property along with taking a description of the items and my information. If those items come in, they will call the police department and the police will notify you. So BRIAN what is so hard about that. Makes me wonder.

It was really cool to talk with Mr. Ruddy about this building and how long it's been here for, as well as his dad being the one that actually built it. Super cool and neat and just an all in all awesome experience with great "old school" customer service. 10/10.

She was able to help our family with a large estate sale ranging from household items and garden to farm equipment and tools. She was organized and communicated with us daily, asking questions and never assuming. Her advertising was spot on which really helped in our case as the property was in the countryside of town and a bit difficult to find, she assured us people would be able to find the sale and they did! Her staff was helpful with getting things loaded up for people and hauling stuff if needed, they worked SO hard to make the sale successful. But lastly... they cleaned up and organized things that were left, so we didn't have to walk into the aftermath of the dismantling of our family home, she and her team really care for their clients! The turn around of the book keeping records and payment were very quick and straightforward (within the week!). If your looking for someone who will do a great job, is professional, easy to work with and knowledgeable about estate sales and family dynamics, I would not hesitate to give her a call!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!…read more If there is ever anything wrong with their products, they don't care! I am very unhappy with the customer service we have received from Marcela's. We purchased a couch from them that we have taken care of very well, but it has started to fall apart. We are not hard on our furniture. Our kids do not stand or jump on it, we clean regularly, we don't sleep on it for hours at at time, and we never wear shoes in the house so shoes have never gotten near it. A couch should last longer than a few years without the piping breaking and poking through the material, the cushions not holding up at all, and other tears and pulls in the material. We called them multiple times about it. The customer service has been terrible every time. First they ask for pictures of the couch. We take the time to send the pics and never hear anything back. We call them back again later and they say they need to see our receipt. We tell them that we don't have it but ask if they have it on record. (The couch took months to arrive in the first place. They have to have a record of it). They tell us that they keep records but it would be "impossible" to find because they file it by month and year. So we tell them the month and year that we purchased it. They say that they will try and look it up and get back to us. We have never heard anything back from them. For that matter we never heard anything back from them when we were continually waiting for the couch to arrive. I honestly don't know why they wouldn't want to help us to be happy. We are the type that would definitely go back if the service is good and we would tell everyone. It's too bad because now we will tell everyone how bad it is. I would welcome a response to this and an actual solution to the issues we are having with the couch
