I went into this actually not wanting to pursue this further because I just didn't think I had it in me to follow through. Working a hgh demand full time job with a long commute, having 2 small children in a multitude of activities, and trying to keep up with all of my PT, CT, and other appointments following the accident made me feel like I was barely keeping afloat. I couldn't concentrate for a period of time and my bandwidth to get things done was very minimal. Leslie made it extremely stress free for me to gather all the information needed and kept everything relatively simple. Most importantly, she helped me stay on track to recover as much as I could. She kept me consistently updated on progress and what was needed from me. She never made me feel guilty about forgetting items or to respond to her, which was common on my end. Overall, I am very thankful for her and her staff and how much they advocated and fought for me.

Dr. Glenn was really attentive, and the first person/provider, outside of my surgeon, who actually has knowledge of my particular medical ailments. It's so refreshing to meet with someone that has an understanding, especially since my medical conditions are so rare. My recovery has been frustrating, with a few post-op complications, so I was looking for alternative treatments. Dr. Glenn performed ART at this session, which he believes I can really benefit from. I have my follow up scheduled next week! I live about an hour away, but worth the drive! I do recommend leaving more time than you think you need for parking, as I had to loop around twice for a spot (and was a few minutes late, but they were so understanding - thank you!!). Highly recommend WIM!

I saw Dr. Kayla Serowik and Dr. Christine Frechette for physical therapy, and both of them were amazing. Not only did they show me the exercise to treat my issues, they also helped educate me on what I could do to prevent future injuries. On top of that, they were both incredibly patient and encouraging - therapeutic on multiple levels! I also get sports massages from Michelle Herrmann, and this has been a game changer. I have gone to a wide variety of skilled massage therapists (sports, deep tissue, Thai, etc.), and Michelle is the best, by far. Her massages are so healing and have helped my performance so much, as well as stave off potential injuries! Before going to Wellness in Motion, I really struggled to progress in any sport because I got injured so often. Now, with the amazing combination of physical therapy and sports massages, my body is healthier and stronger than it has been in over 20 years! Incredibly grateful for this place. Several of my friends have gone here as well, all with similar experiences. Most of them have gone to see Lauren Lozier, who is also amazing!
