We took my English bulldog here to get his nails cut, and the first vet tech was going so fast and clipped him so short he was screaming and bleeding. We tell her that he's bleeding and she decides to cauterize it. I figure maybe it was just a mistake and it was only one. And then I turn around in the backseat and all four paws were bleeding. She had cut too short on all of them! So we take him back up there to see what they can do and the first woman came back out and tried cauterizing it again and by the this point my poor dog is screaming so I say to her "Can you please get the vet Dr. McNeil or a manager to do this?' To which she runs back and another woman comes out. She doesn't introduce herself or even take accountability for what her coworker has done to my dog. All she says is put him on the table and tries to stop the bleeding again. She refunded me the $5 but it was NEVER about the money, my poor dog is traumatized and I will be calling the owner of this establishment to report them. No apologies to me as the owner or anything. I will never come back to this place and I hope no one else will either if you care for your pets.
