I reached out to the rental owner immediately -- the appropriate thing to do -- to ask what she wanted me to do, and without hesitation, this was the business she recommended I contact. I sent a request for contact through Yelp and expected to hear back maybe the next day. Honestly, I was surprised by the VERY prompt (within an hour of sending the message!) and courteous response I received from the owner. He informed me he could send someone out the next morning -- totally reasonable -- for a free quote. The quote was quickly agreed to and the gentleman got right to work! The stains were completely gone with all evidence lifted by the time the cleaner left!! I kept in touch with the owner of the rental and learned that Spitz had done such a great job that if I hadn't initially reached out to her, she said she never would have even known anything had happened. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures, but you won't be sorry if you use them! They are friendly, efficient and their work is spectacular!! Thank you again for your help in a pinch!!

Jose's team took away about 2 years of grime, pet hairs, soda stains and various yucks. They explained the process from beginning to end and were very attentive to any questions. They use natural, gentle cleaners. The "Cherry" scent of their cleaner was interesting but it doesn't last so that's a plus in my opinion. What's left after a few days was a natural clean. It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment. They weren't the least expensive quote, but I didn't think it was worth the risk to save $10 by going with someone with lower reviews. They reminded me the day before and confirmed the timeframe. Showed up like clockwork and were done in under 2-hours. I will try my best to keep my 2-pups off the sofa, bit who are we kidding...I know I will be calling them back for an annual cleaning. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him and he showed up on time. He was done in just a few hours and everything looked brand new... even my Facebook marketplace chairs! I purchased the rug 5 years ago and we eat/snack at the coffee table often, so as you could imagine it had spills, cat fur, shoe scuffs, and anything else that could happen in 5 years of heavy use. Looked absolutely brand new! I was very, very happy with Alex's service and felt like I lived in a brand new, sparkling clean home!

As usual they were neat and efficient. I can't say enough about the quality of their work & attention to detail; making sure to cover the entry floor area, as well as, placing protective cones to cover the edges of all door jams when steam cleaning each room. I especially love that they rack the carpets to fluff the carpet pile before leaving, as well as, leave shoe protectors for my husband to put on before he enters the house after the carpets have been cleaned. I truly feel it has been money well spent over the years; which is at least 15 years; and will continue to do so; as I feel their prices are fare considering today's economy! Thank you for your service. Shirley H

Daniel, the owner, responded promptly and came out right away. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he truly cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work. He thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected my sofa and cushions, removing both the stains and the lingering urine odor. What impressed me most was that Daniel went above and beyond what I expected. As an unexpected courtesy, he also cleaned the large area rug underneath the sofa and coffee table, leaving the entire room looking, smelling, and feeling fresh again. Daniel is professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It's rare these days to find someone with such outstanding customer service and attention to detail. He treated my home as if it were his own. If you need carpet, upholstery, odor removal, sanitizing, or deep cleaning services, do yourself a favor and call AAA-1 Carpet Cleaner. Daniel is a real gem, and I will absolutely be using his services again. Highly recommended!

I see that hours later the appointment discretely disappears. I call and the person on the dispatch or management or whatever apologizes and says he will reschedule for afternoon between 2-4pm. I wait and at 3 I call to confirm. They tell me they are on the way and be here at 4:55pm. A little late but I am OK with that, I have a mess here and need it fixed so I don't want to give up and call someone else if they are on the way. So I wait, only to get a call at 4pm that "it's too far". I been trying to work with these idiots all day and then they tell me this? Do you have google maps? Do you advertise you serve my area? Yes and Yes but they want to hang me up ALL DAY Friday only to ditch me at the end of the day. What a terrible way to run a business. Hurtful and unprofessional. I strongly suggest anyone looking for reliable carpet cleaning services to look elsewhere. This experience is bad and really I hope nobody else has to deal with this kind of nonsense. The value here with this place is less than bad since they took my whole day away from me waiting around calling back and forth following idiotic promises. I wish I could get the time back! I called a different outfit and they are coming in 30 minutes.
