After I got it home and took it out to try on with accessories and shoes I realized that they had not removed the security tag. I called the first day and explain the situation as I lived 200 miles away, 400 mi round trip. I was told to take a big magnet and try and get the security tag to release. After utilizing several big magnets with no success I called back the next day. I was then instructed to take it to one of our local stores and see if they could get it removed. A shout out to TJ Maxx as they tried diligently to get the tag to remove. Unfortunately that was also unsuccessful. I called back a third day and explain the situation. I have left my contact information each time I called for one of the managers to call me and see what my options are. I have yet to receive a call 4 days later. I need the dress for next week. I finally called the online customer service. I had to repurchase the dress and have it express shipped to me, they did cover the express shipping. I also have to box up the current dress and ship it back to the Macy's store in Fargo. All of this has been very time-consuming and I've wasted lunch hours trying to clear this up. I find it very disappointing that no one could call me back from the local store. At this point you think they could have given me a little bit of a discount but nothing at all.

Why? Because I told the girl who interviewed me that I only wore skirts or dresses due to my morals and beliefs. I do not wear jeans. The employees recognized me after my first visit and are always very helpful without being pushy. I am petite and they had quite a few things to offer that actually fit which other maternity places didn't. The majority of Hot Mama is regular clothes, not maternity. To those on a budget, I would recommend buying special staples here, as it is a bit spendier (especially the maternity section... go for the pants, they are awesome!). Selection is always updated. I called the store and Kelly answered, she took down my sizes and payment info. I told her that I wasn't sure if I could make it in before they closed and she said that she could drop it off at my hotel for me since it was close to the store and on her way home. I couldn't believe she was willing to do that! I am sure that she heard the panic in my voice over the phone. I travel often and Kelly provided me with the best customer service experience I have ever received. I was so relieved that she was willing to help me and extremely impressed by her clothing choices after talking to me for only a few minutes. She even picked out jewelry for me which went perfectly with the top. I love the clothes at White House Black Market and Kelly's customer service just solidified my loyalty to them. Thank you so much!

This is absolutely the largest most extensive sporting goods store I've ever been in in my life! It has everything that you need and more. I bought a cool US Army golfing shirt! What really made this different though, was the exceptional genuine friendly customer service! I have never been treated so warmly in a retail establishment ever! I've got to say that this was, by far, the best retail store that I have ever been in. I highly recommended Scheels Fargo to anyone who wants to get something in the sporting goods arena and also wants to have a very pleasant experience while they're shopping.
