I really liked the vibe of the inside and loved the indoor/outdoor space separated by an open garage door. All the equipment is nice and new! The class I took was a Build class (a strength class) and we rotated ~8 stations three times. It was a good workout. I really loved the music they played too! The monthly rate seemed inline with CrossFit or other boutique gyms so a little pricey in my opinion. I also saw the instructor cleaning all the equipment after the class so that was a plus!

(I didn't need a bunch of big headed men and women strutting around me while I carried my big belly around). Now that my kiddo is much older I am STILL coming to this place 4-6 times a week. This place might not have all the big-top amenities (sauna/pool/etc) that other places have, but it is always clean and ALWAYS OPEN! More than often it is not crowded (just avoid the 6pm rush, which is typical anywhere you go). When you first walk in, you might feel disappointed because it doesn't seem very large compared to other gyms in the area, but DON'T BE FOOLED! They have everything you need! They have free weights, tons of stationary equipment, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, tons of fairly priced boxing/kickboxing/HIIT classes. (Not to mention plenty of space to do all this in). Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey, a seasoned pro, an older gent/lady, a teenager, or anything in-between...there is a judgement-free and welcoming space for you here.

I really enjoy OTF, I love not having to think about my workouts, but I really appreciate the coaches here. Pros: It's conveniently located off the highway & has lots of parking. The bathrooms were big & lots of lockers to store your stuff. Workout was consistent & I liked that the trainer could toggle the mic&speakers between the cardio & the floor (to not interrupt everyone when talking to a specific group). Cons: The trainer was terrible compared to the 50+ trainers I've met across the country at OTF locations. it was a 3G at like 5:30pm so 30+ people but no control over the class. Also, he didn't pass out wipes or even encourage wiping the equipment between switches. And, he told the class bye before stretches so 1/2 of the people left, then 1/2 milled around & he came over to lead stretches - very apathetically. Lastly, my rower footplate was broken - missing 3 of 4 screws & they didn't even have it coned off for no one to use.. and the treadmill was wobbly/off balance! When I'm back in Denver, I'll make sure to go to a different OTF studio... I've been to the Denver Tech one & it was great, looks like that's where I'll go next time :)

We're a close group of various fitness levels. Our instructor Katie shows us how to adjust the exercises so everyone gets a safe, challenging workout - the mom who's still recovering from a C-sec, the mere mortal (me), and our super-fit/training mommies. She's a personal trainer and yoga instructor and keeps the classes interesting with strengthening and cardio. Plus our Evergreen park location is stunning for outdoor workouts (we move indoors for winter), and reminds me how much I love living in Colorado. Our little charges range in age from baby to toddler and we entertain and incorporate them into the class. SS isn't just an exercise class. We have weekly playgroups, moms night out (or in), holiday events, and contests with prizes. Think you can't get a workout bringing your toddler? Or just "not ready" yet? Check out our Fit4Mom Evergreen group (first class is free).

I got the grand tour and saw all of the special workout rooms, childcare, coworker space, Pickleball courts, pools, recovery, areas, cold, plunges, saunas, and more. I loved how vast the actual gym floor was, with plenty of machines and free weights, everything you could think of, and not too crowded. Although it was a Saturday afternoon, I get the feeling that it's never unbearably crowded. They have enough machines to go around to avoid long lines. I got a great workout in, and then we hit the showers. We went in the sauna for a bit, as well as switched between the hot tub and cold plunge, it was really nice. I love that the locker rooms have everything you need, large and small towels, toiletries, and hairdryers The showers are hot with great water pressure and everything feels very clean. I had such a nice experience here. However, I don't think it's worth the membership price. Not only is it almost half an hour from me, but even if it was two minutes away, i don't think i could justify the $330 a month price tag. There's just not enough value there.
