What can I say about this studio that isn't widely known already?…read more The coaches are amazing! The equipment is in a great condition and properly serviced. The cleanliness and disinfectant efforts are outstanding. The pricing is impeccable when you consider what you're paying for-- a class time of group personal training, access to cardio and weight equipment, lockers and facilities, exclusive OTF gear (shirts, shorts, pants/leggings, jackets, towels, water bottles, etc.), AND the use of heart rate technology for coaches to view your progress during class and for long-term goals. I once used a personal trainer, and it was just over $2,700 for 25 classes with the trainer, and I had to drive to his apartment to use its gym. Like, OTF is the way to go if you want the dedication, attention to form and progress, accountability, and wonderfully inclusive community. This studio has 13 treadmills, 13 rowers, 13 weight floor spots with additional weights on shelves in two areas, 2 stationary bikes, and a strider (elliptical?). However, with the pandemic still an issue and capacity limitations in place, classes are currently limited to 12 people total (6 treadmill spots and 6 rower spots, with the option of someone using a bike or strider). Classes right now are 45 minutes instead of 60, but with the frequent transitions and "blocks," you definitely get an incredible workout in! The office staff are superb as well, and they're there to troubleshoot any issue or answer any question one may have. Two bathrooms, two showers, MANY lockers, a few water stations, and an amazing sense of community is found here! If you've been on the fence about giving it a try, I can only tell you that I am SO glad I did 18 months ago. I fell in love immediately and have never looked back!

I really enjoyed his workout and the way he came across to the people. You can tell he cared and actually wanted you to get the best workout. We were drop-in's from out of state but will definitely go to this one again. Very welcoming with out of town people. With all that being said we got an awesome workout with great people. Thank you Orange Theory, you rock!

Rob has been a friend of mine for a number of years, so I've always known the enthusiasm and…read morecommitment he brings to his clients just by virtue of observation--the level of availability and support he provides through his work on a professional level is obvious. I would add, that often leads to an openness and trust on a personal level that allows him to truly help people arrive at a better state of wellness beyond just physical health. It was not until recently, after suffering a spate of miscellaneous sports misfortunes, that I had the opportunity to experience what Rob does first hand. It honestly blew my mind. His ability to diagnose an apparent problem is skillful, and candidly I would have never appreciated the interconnected-nature of my weaknesses on my own. (E.g., this back pain you're experiencing is actually about your glutes). From there, he helps to rectify the current issue, in a way that to my lay mind is a little akin to witchcraft. (I explained to a friend, that when Rob was 'adjusting' my pulled calf muscle it sort of felt like he was doing nothing, and then magically everything was better after). Finally, Rob gives useful, practical guidance on areas to work on that help to improve the overall function and avoid the issue going forward. His approach is full service, which honestly makes him unlike any trainer or therapist with which you might otherwise work. It's why it's so hard to explain what it is exactly that he does, unless you've truly had the fortune to experience it yourself. If you're working through an injury, or just trying to get to a better place of overall function, I cannot recommend Rob more highly!

Rob helped me realize that the soreness and tightness I was feeling (especially after having three kids) wasn't something I just had to live with. His approach is super personal, and even over virtual sessions, he has this ability to notice little movement patterns and imbalances I didn't know existed. The exercises he gives are simple but so effective. And as a mom, I really appreciate how flexible and accommodating he is. He's totally understanding when my schedule gets crazy, and even included my baby in a few sessions during nap strikes. Plus, his voice is so calming--I always end our sessions feeling relaxed and reset. Can't recommend him enough!

I get my workouts sent to me via the GAIN app on the days that I choose (and changing my days is done easily by texting my trainer) and see my trainer face to face once a month. At first, I was skeptical that I wouldn't hold myself accountable to an app. But I soon realized that my trainer is continuously monitoring my activity, so slacking off was not an option. I do my workouts at home and meet my trainer at her gym. I like the flexibility of being able to change how often I meet with my trainer if I like. Best of all, my body fat percentage went down 7.5% in just 5 months! By the way, my trainer is Kelli. I highly recommend her!

Not enough…read morereviewers have talked about the Studio classes, which is what makes the gym really stand out in my opinion. This location now offers Studio Red (HIIT cardio), Flow (heated yoga), and LFT (lifting class) which are basically boutique-style workouts that would cost $30+ for a single drop in class elsewhere, but you get it (and a lot more) for a monthly cost of ~$45 (as of Jan 2026). The equipment in the classes are high end and in great condition. All the coaches teaching the classes are wonderful, fun, welcoming people, so it's a great environment to jump start your fitness journey or crank it up. Really great fellow gym go-ers in the classes as well - no weird egos, very supportive and considerate. It's true that the extra amenities, like the massage chairs, break down more consistently than you'd like, but the workouts are so satisfying, it's fine. There are also some new-ish annoying fees with being late and corporate controlling the music played. Also, there's a pool and some spa amenities. I haven't personally used it, but it's always looks clean and does the job. Again, at this price point, it's a great deal.

Weights are consistently left scattered throughout the floor, and the wet wipe stations are regularly empty. Meanwhile, staff are often gathered behind the front desk chatting rather than addressing these issues. There's no padding for squat racks as employees stopped giving them out, and machines are routinely broken or out of service, which raises serious questions about how maintenance fees are being used.
