That's where Coach Josiah made all the difference. From the very beginning, he took the time to get to know me on a personal level before ever introducing his program. That stood out immediately. Our communication was consistent and meaningful, and that accountability was exactly what I needed. I was able to be open about injuries and limitations, and instead of letting those hold me back, he guided me through them with a plan that kept me progressing safely and effectively. Because of Josiah's coaching, I am now at the lowest weight I've been since I was a young teenager. I found Ryan Gallegos a couple years ago and trained with him at Lifetime, he was awesome, then he left. Over the course of the past year I've dealt with a couple health issues. So I now want to get back into shape and reached out to Ryan. I met him at Physiq Fitness where he has been training now for over a year. First, I'm so happy to back with Ryan as he is well educated in fitness and knows what he's doing. I'm also amazed at this wonderful gym!!!! It's big and well equipped with every type of machine or weight. There's also an indoor pickleball court!!!! Membership is extremely reasonable and you can always get on the machines. It is built better than any of the other clubs! It's fairly new but it's built better than the newest locations. I enjoy playing basketball here and can get some pretty good two on two games going with the guys that go here! The customer service is outstanding! Everyone from the general manager to the front desk guys and girls are so friendly and helpful! I was looking for the nearest pool and they took the time out of their day to find the closest pool and hours! I think every club needs to have a good set of personal trainers! I was able to work briefly with Shad! He didn't have a client at the time and he was able to show me a few shoulder workouts! That is what you call love for the job because most trainers would have been focused on booking you but he just wanted to help me get my shoulder workout done right! We…read morehad a slight issue but because of Shad Andreas (the new personal training manager) top-notch customer service skills, fast thinking and his constant communication with me, he came through with flying colors and I was totally satisfied and happy with the outcome. Shad worked hard to make things right and it showed, very much appreciated. What a fantastic decision to transfer him to this facility in Gilbert to "fix" things, he definitely is in the right spot and will go far. During my dealings with Shad last week, I dealt with numerous others that definitely deserve recognition for their patience, helpfulness and just being kind over the phone. Chase was the one answering the phone and wanting to help, good listener and never just transferred me to get me off his line, he truly wanted to make sure I got to the right person. Andrew, the assistant manager is also in the right position, he truly is there to serve MountainSide's customers. Last but not least is Chandler the manager, talk about making things happen for the good of the customers and the follow up is amazing, something you don't find anymore.
