The location is perfect, right on the main drag of Hales Corners, large private lot with plenty of parking, and easy access from local streets as well as the freeway. Those who utilized this space when it was Experience will appreciate the familiarity. The locker rooms are essentially the same, the layout is similar, though the pool has been removed to create more space for weights and additional equipment. There are two closed rooms where classes are held(spinning, aerobic, etc) which I have not used as they are not included in the basic membership that I chose. Plenty of treadmills, stair climbers, bikes and elliptical machines to choose from, as well as a system of circuit training machines. There's a warm-up area near the front that I enjoy using before and after workouts. Sleds, battle ropes and HIIT equipment in the "center" , an area for powerlifting that I'll probably never use, and a ton of free weights that I do look forward to using. There's also a relax and recovery area with an infrared sauna, tanning and massage chairs- this is not included with the basic membership which I was fine with. Personal training packages are available also, but only on a monthly basis. So far I like it. The staff are friendly, if a little overeager at times. It's clean throughout and has extremely convenient hours. I am docking a star for two reasons, probably only important to me. First, personal training is only offered by monthly packages. I do not need 8 or more sessions, especially when it's a little on the pricey side. I would prefer to have a solid 2-4 sessions but that just wasn't an option. Second would be the music. I can hear it over my headphones and that can be pretty distracting. I like to watch videos and listen to audiobooks sometimes, and hearing a club mix of T Swift over my audio makes it difficult, but not impossible, to concentrate. Crunch is still very new and has really operated well so far with no hiccups that I've noticed. I hope they stick around, and encourage the community to check them out.

I went here for a one-night "staycation" and am so glad I did. As for the property I loved the location - close to a variety of excellent eateries/restaurants, attractions like a ski hill in the winter and a drive-in open in the summer. There was a nice continental breakfast available on the morning with several cold and hot item choices including vegetarian-friendly options. The gym on-site had a Peloton bike which I used and was excited about. The pool and hot tub were also clean, spacious and perfect for relaxing in during a snow day. I only left the hotel once to pick up dinner nearby otherwise I never would have left. Great value and still only a short drive into Milwaukee.

First thing you notice is a lot of gas pumps, definitely not as many as Buc-ee's, but then again who has more gas pumps than Buc-ee's? Parking lot was okay. Okay, could have used a few more parking spots. Inside the store is very clean and well organized. In fact, when I went there they had several workers stocking shelves and facing product. So that tells me they take pride in how their store looks. The restrooms were clean and easy accessible which made it perfect just to get in and get out. Bottom line? I would definitely hit this place up again. Whether I needed to take a quick restroom break or buy some snacks or fill up my car. It's a great location and they do it right.

For drinks my husband ordered a ginger beer and I ordered Diet Coke. The check before tip was $62. Normally I'd be okay with that but I thought it was a lot given the quality of the food. The cheese curds and boneless chicken wings seemed like items from a restaurant supply place that they fried up. Unfortunately next time we are in the area we'll go somewhere else.
