You have pool, gym, pretty big size for a hotel, walking distance to restaurants and grocery store, and gym. Water bottle fountain at every floor, must be a new concept. Hopefully prices don't go up too much in the near future. Breakfast is included, it is ok. Scrambled egg, milk, juice, yogurt and probably some frozen sausage that they reheat. The only knock is that they only have black tea in the hotel. Usually hotel carry different kinds of tea bag instead of just one. 5 stars for being new and convenient

I worked with Natalie after that and she went above and beyond. She was there for every question and concern I had. She was there on the day of my event and was so hands on and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff! From helping me with communication on road closures and traffic with Pride falling at the same time and day as my event, to setting up and breaking down, she was there. The Garden Room came with the patio and it was the perfect place to bring together my vision of a summer garden party. We had the perfect amount of food from their brunch options and add ons and it was delicious! We also still had the inside room to keep the food and utilize before we went outside for the brunch. Amazing time and super grateful to Natalie and her team!

I attended an after party for the Heart Mini here that was sponsored by my work. The space is open and inviting. I'm not sure what the capacity is but if definitely felt like if accommodated a decent number of people without cramping us together. The floor was perfect for dancing and the bars were easily accessible. The catering quality was good. We had three different types of sliders (pulled pork, ham and cheese, and veggie) all were good. They had an excellent selection of cheeses and the desserts were petite and fantastic (perfect size for trying a few). The Mac and Cheese was good but maybe a bit garlicky. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The service was friendly and efficient. This event center is definitely worth a look!

That is fine, but he comes around the corner like we interrupted him and just looked at us. We greeted him, he said "hi". We explain that we are there for two separate check-ins. We have the same last name he hands us both our paperwork together. I hand my dad his with his name on it and I take mine with my name on it. I finish first and he wants the other, I said but I am paying for mine separate, again say my room details and my name. He says ok, tells me to insert my card for my card on file. I do and then my dad does the same. He then tells us about the pending total, and we realized he swapped the cards on the rooms. We tell him what happened and he says, "There is nothing I can do to fix it". That is all he would repeat. The next day a young gentleman with long brown hair at the front desk was able to fix our cards in less than 20 mins, he was very kind and unsure why the older man couldn't help us the night before. Now our room, it was not cleaned well. We had dirt and hair in our tubs, trash under our beds and mind you there is a wood wall, it cannot go deep under the bed, trash behind our nightstands. Our bathroom was left with an almost empty roll of toilet paper and then I went to wash a plate.... the Scrub Mommy was used!! It was no longer in the packaging and had orange stains on it. I was very disappointed in our stay since our stay at Sonesta in Nashville was so great. They do not all keep the same standards!!
