We visited over the Fourth of July and had an incredible front-row view of the parade, followed by a wonderful evening watching the fireworks. We also enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio at The Lucky Well, the hotel's restaurant, which was a lovely way to unwind and take in the downtown atmosphere. The Well House delivers exactly what we look for in a great weekend getaway: beautiful accommodations, exceptional cleanliness, comfort, character, and a location that allows you to truly experience the destination. The rooms aren't huge, but they're cozy, well-designed, and comfortable. It is perfect for a business trip where you just need a relaxing place to recharge. The location is a big plus, as it is easy to get around downtown and close to plenty of spots worth checking out. I also really enjoyed the hotel bar; they had a great drink menu and a good vibe for unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights was the front desk staff. The woman who checked me in was especially helpful and pointed me toward a fantastic coffee shop just a couple of blocks away, which ended up being a great find. All in all, a great stay. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in Cincinnati.

Also, the lobby was clean and the guest service team was nice & delightful. I valeted my car & had no issues dropping off or picking up. It was so seamless. We ate at the bar, which I don't recommend, it tastes like frozen food but we loved that they had a happy hour for guests. I loved the location because it wasn't too far from the venue & close to the after party we attended. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Cincinnati.
