Had them out for the second time in 10 years. Both times they were honest with me and didn't…read morepressure for unnecessary work. First time was for excessive ant hills in the yard and they checked the house for anything else. They gave it a clean bill of health and treated the yard to get rid of the ants. The second time I was in the middle of removing the deck planks to replace two support beams rotted with mildew. While removing some tables with plants from a small section against the house I witnessed a flurry of winged termites taking flight from under the deck where I'd removed planks near that area. So they sent a man out and he checked the area and found the termites had come from the dirt under the deck. Even though my old wood siding is rotted from age and rain and in line to be replaced he was didn't see a problem with the house. He explained that he would see dirt tunneling over the concrete side of the house up to the wood if they had entered the wood siding. So they're treating under the deck while I have the planks up and that's it. Both times they were straight with me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

They said the traps were their's even though I am sure the previous owners had paid for those traps. Petty!!! They said it was against the law and Terminex had to put all new ones in. I told them it was against the law for them to remove the new ones Terminex had installed. I recommend not using a company with such practices.
