I called back a couple weeks to reschedule and they refused to offer me service again. I could see if they had a cancellation policy and if you cancelled two times, there would be a fee. I was given this contact by my employer and will for sure go back to my employer to have them removed from the list and to tell them how I was treated. In the end, I'm thankful that I didn't get service because I'm just now seeing all the bad reviews.
