I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with this store. It started out ok and has gotten…read moreprogressively worse in the past three weeks. Repeatedly we have tried to get them to measure out kitchen for counters and cabinets. They have been wasting a lot of time. Apparently no one knows what's going on there either. We made an appointment to meet with the designer for new counters and cabinets. They tried to discourage us from waiting. We finally talked to the designer and they took our choices down told us they would schedule us for a measure. It never happened then three weeks later tried to refund the charge. I told them to talk to my mother , who has the keys to measure they said theyd call and they never did. So now I have to chase them.down again . So far they have wasted 3 weeks! This same home depot told me my doors would be in in two weeks and they wont be in for 4 weeks and delayed the tile by a week. But by far the cabinets are the most infuriating part of this saga. I was told that everything was cut and dry. The kitchen would be measured quickly and they would be ordered and placed asap. Why was it important for me to give you a deadline on when I wanted this done if it was going to be slow rolled ?

Prices are slightly higher than some of the big box stores, but fairly reasonable compared to other nurseries in the area. They even have a cute Lil' Sprout Station for kids to pick a small succulent and take it home for free. Additionally, they have started holding themed monthly workshop events, host free school field trips each week, and offer planting/delivery services.

I also loved that they have music while shopping! That sealed this gardening experience as a solid 5-star for me! They have chicks, rabbits, trees, shrubs, herbs and a few other animals for sale as well. I have been there quite a few times and the man who I usually talk to really knows his stuff. He has helped me with all kinds of gardening questions. I like the selection they offer and that they have fun heirloom varieties available (purple tomatoes, bell shaped cherry tomatoes, etc).
