I spoke to Graeme who was incredibly helpful and honest, so honest in fact he told me it would probably be a waste of money for me since it's nigh on impossible to identify the source of the smell. We spoke on the phone for a good 10 minutes, he was friendly and made a few suggestions on how I could try and sort it myself.
