As with the other nearby shops parking is not a problem here as it's all shared. The shop itself does seem to have a lot of staff and is well laid for those wishing to browse. The staff seem to be good too as I was helped when I visited the store for a new surround sound system which I was price matching with online store Amazon. As a result they matched the price of Amazon and also took another 10% off making it great value for money :)

Apple Stratford City is a fairly cool store, it's a pretty common Apple mall location, yet still…read morecan't compare to the London - Regent Street and London - Covent Garden stores which are both stunning. Apple is one of my favourite brands so it is nice to see them have a location in one of my favourite malls, Westfield Stratford City. They have made some effort into making this store look nice, although like 99.9% of mall locations, this store always seems so overcrowded and packed, although they have been adding some extra precautions to try and make this easier due to the pandemic, which I hope will remain a permanent feature. The staff seem friendly enough (never in doubt with Apple!) and there is obviously a great selection of Apple tech in order here. The "Today at Apple" area could be more prominent similar to other stores, I think this is something Apple at Manchester Arndale (my local store) does better. A slightly larger seating area which is cooler, for waiting customers / Genius Bar would also be an improvement to make in the future. 4*

He was very helpful although he did try to sell my the most expensive hard drive in the store. Thats the problem with going to these small independant stores. Located near the leisure centre, it has alot of access to it by buses, although the Canning Town and Plaistow tube lines are about a 10 minute walk away. This shop, although small, has pretty much everything you could want from a computer store as they specialise in building and fixing PC's, as well as selling spare parts. It used to have a small 3 computer internet cafe inside, although i dont think it has it anymore.

This was a present for us from our daughter We were met by a young lady (her name was Sarah) in jeans with both her hands in her pocket. She kept her hands in her pocket all the while getting our watches and giving us a run down on the operation of these watches. She appeared least interested in looking after us. This is the most ill treatment we have received! I did not want to say anything for the fear of her not giving us the information we needed!

I recently purchased a MacBook Air for £1099 from Apple. A week later my water bottle leaked in my…read morebag and caused significant damage to the laptop. I had purchased AppleCare+ at the same time but yet have been given the run around for the last three weeks regarding my repair. They've advised that the part needed for the repair is out of stock, and that aside their repair quote came to £969.83. Surely Apple can offer me a brand-new replacement instead because I am covered by insurance right? Wrong. I'm expected to keep waiting on a repair while they wait for the part which could be months at this point (as well as being expected to pay £229 for the excess). Despite contacting Apple numerous times they have been unwilling to assist me further. What's worse is that Apple continues to sell MacBooks when they know they don't have the parts to repair them. This is extremely unethical. The staff at their Regent Street store dared to suggest I buy and return a MacBook every 14 days (no questions asked policy) until my repair has been completed. How does my Apple insurance help me here? It doesn't. And I am beyond outraged at this point. Just another company willingly taking advantage of their consumers without a care in the world.
