It is quite a small shop and is difficult to get round if its busy. It is easy to find the section you want as its clearly labeled but if you're looking for a specific game or item it can be quite hard. Prices can vary. You can get really good deals but I find things are a lot cheaper if you shop around. There is a large section of pre owned games but even these are sometimes a bit too expensive. The staff are friendly and helpful and there always seems to be someone on the shop floor asking if you need any help. Great to browse games if it isn't busy!

My experience has been different to the other commenters here. The three members of staff who have…read moreserved me over the last week in Barnstaple's O2 shop have each been friendly and knowledgeable when investigating phones, buying a phone, and then addressing an issue with an incorrect SIM card. Perhaps they've had a change of staff, or a particular staff member is at fault here? One thing I will say you can be waiting a while in the shop when it's busy. And if an alarm is going off, it can be incredibly annoying. That being the case, I've left and come back later.
