It is quite a small shop and is difficult to get round if its busy. It is easy to find the section you want as its clearly labeled but if you're looking for a specific game or item it can be quite hard. Prices can vary. You can get really good deals but I find things are a lot cheaper if you shop around. There is a large section of pre owned games but even these are sometimes a bit too expensive. The staff are friendly and helpful and there always seems to be someone on the shop floor asking if you need any help. Great to browse games if it isn't busy!

The shop's great for obscure old games, and particularly for second-hand trading cards for really cheap prices. I have been to a couple of other Games Workshops in Cardiff and Bristol, they are all quite similar but all are friendly places to go. When I took my brother to the swansea shop, immediately one of the sales staff came upto him and asked him what armies he collects. My brother is quite shy so I had to tell the sales staff he was new to the hobby, then he said to come and paint a couple of models in the shop which was a really good way of making my brother feel comfortable in the shop. Overall i would highly recommend anyone thinking of starting the hobby to go to the shop and speak to the extremely helpful and friendly staff there.

It has quite a fair selection for what and where it is, but then I do think it's worth the trip elsewhere or ordering online just because the prices here are very expensive. There's no small store discount or etc. Actually, if you can go elsewhere, I wouldn't really go here at all because although it's selection is passable, it's far from reaching the variety at others elsewhere or online.
