National lottery can be bought here as well as paypoint to pay bills and top up facilities for utilities as well as mobile phones. Open 7am to 11pm, papers and magazines on sale as well as cards. Licenced so sells quite a range of alcohol again usually with specials on promotion. Large range of goods. Very useful cash machine which does not charge for withdrawals. Trouble is it is often out of order, probably because it is the only 'free' machine in the immediate area, which is predominately a large housing area.

Not cheap, but it's all for charity so wha the heck. One of the things I quite like about this shop is how it has a photocopier in it, which is a good way of making money as it's in a central student area. So, if you ever need photocopying done, go here and do something for charity rather than go somewhere else!

I often come in here during the week, but it is not a good idea to come in here on a Saturday or Christmas shopping as the queues are really really long, noticably longer than other shops. I think it is always clean and tidy and the staff are always friendly, although often you cannot find what you are lookin for.

They have womens clothing, childrenswear, and homewares on the first floor and menswear on the second floor. They have escalators on entering as well as lifts in the Homeware section at the back of the store. It is very spacious, I never have any problems with getting around with a pram and everything is displayed really well. So many things catch your eye looking around. The homewares is my favourite part, they stock furniture, lightwear, dinnersets, pictures through to bedding and towels. The whole floor is divided up into sections so you can see clearly where you need to go. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will order items in for you or to be delivered to your home for a charge. Clothing especially can be quite expensive, but all items are very good quality and you do get what you pay for. Every christmas / new year they do hold a half price sale which is great for picking up bargains. The sale does get extremely busy though. Overall though on a normal day as the Next store is so spacious it rarely if ever feels packed and there are always plenty of tills to pay at making it a good shopping experience.

The store always has well dressed mannequins in the window always showing off the nicest and most popular items. Sadly they have no lift so there are only stairs to the first floor which makes it almost impossible if you have a pram or are disabled. This store has a good selection of different clothes and accessories including underwear, jewellery, shoes, knitwear, coats, partywear and casual items. Prices are very reasonable for good quality items. There is often a sale but these items tend to be kept upstairs. The staff are friendly and helpful and will help you upstairs if you ask. They have changing rooms both upstairs and downstairs, both are clean and tidy.
