Overall very poor…read more Submitted an order with deposit in May, promised delivered & fitted by end of July at the latest. It wasn't sorted until mid-September. No communication, I had to contact them. More than one appointment was made and not kept, without any prior notification form the installers. Tiles on my roof were broken & I had to find replacements. The installer has withheld my HETAS certificate because I reduced the final cheque by the £15 the tiles cost me. I can not recommend these people. Go to Casterbridge Fires instead.
