The guy who runs it obviously does so out of love as he pretty much handpicks the stock and only ever buys top quality product. They sell a wide range of clothing but for me it is their shirts which sets this place apart. They don't come cheap but it's worth every penny when you buy something that looks cooler than Jimi Hendrixes barnet and has quality finishing that's reminiscent of Alan Shearer at his peak.

PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!…read more We placed an order and the website states that the goods would be dispatched within 24 hours, we received a confirmation email stating that the order was processing, great so far. That's where the communication ended, nearly a week later, still no confirmation that the goods have been despatched.  I thought I'll just drop them an email their website states that they respond within 24 hours, I then got an automated email saying that they would contact me within 5 working days? What happened to 24 hours? I thought ok, I'll just call them, 1 number doesn't work at all and no matter how many times you call the other number no-one picks up.  I then checked their Facebook page and I urge you to look at the comments on their posts, a lot of them are not from interested customers, they are from customers who are becoming increasingly frustrated with not receiving their goods and not being able to contact anyone.  Out of the blue I then received an email stating that I would receive a refund?? No reason give for the delay.  They just held on to my £90 for a week and now I have to wait for the money to go back into my account and will probably have to pay PayPal for the privilege.  It's ever likely small businesses are going out of business, because people like these give them a bad name.  I'll be reordering directly from Nike or footasylum.

They have no after sales service whatsoever, their website is clearly defective as it allows orders to be processed for out of stock items. The complany as a whole apparently has no concept or understanding of the sale of goods act. They have absoluteley no interest in resolving customer complaints, when mistakes are made by consortium they look to blame the reason for the mistake that they are too busy and are clearly unable or unwilling to accept any of the blame for their own shortcomings and have no qualms whatsoever in breaching contracts with their customers. Therefore i would implore anyone considering purchasing from Consortium to avoid them like the plague.
