PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!…read more We placed an order and the website states that the goods would be dispatched within 24 hours, we received a confirmation email stating that the order was processing, great so far. That's where the communication ended, nearly a week later, still no confirmation that the goods have been despatched.  I thought I'll just drop them an email their website states that they respond within 24 hours, I then got an automated email saying that they would contact me within 5 working days? What happened to 24 hours? I thought ok, I'll just call them, 1 number doesn't work at all and no matter how many times you call the other number no-one picks up.  I then checked their Facebook page and I urge you to look at the comments on their posts, a lot of them are not from interested customers, they are from customers who are becoming increasingly frustrated with not receiving their goods and not being able to contact anyone.  Out of the blue I then received an email stating that I would receive a refund?? No reason give for the delay.  They just held on to my £90 for a week and now I have to wait for the money to go back into my account and will probably have to pay PayPal for the privilege.  It's ever likely small businesses are going out of business, because people like these give them a bad name.  I'll be reordering directly from Nike or footasylum.

The complany as a whole apparently has no concept or understanding of the sale of goods act. They have absoluteley no interest in resolving customer complaints, when mistakes are made by consortium they look to blame the reason for the mistake that they are too busy and are clearly unable or unwilling to accept any of the blame for their own shortcomings and have no qualms whatsoever in breaching contracts with their customers. Therefore i would implore anyone considering purchasing from Consortium to avoid them like the plague. Absoluteley disgusted with the shocking level of customer service received and WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Excellent cometics, clothing and household goods as well as gifts. Anything from here is going to be of good quality, and there are classic ranges as well as high fashion. I really feel that Dingles, like Beales, give Bournemouth, in terms of shopping, a bit of class. Bournemouth is looking very tired lately, but stores like this give it some quality and a reminder of it's better days.

The store is situated on several levels and can be accessed by several doors. There are lifts available. the store stocks many branded products and you can usually get all the information you need from the helpful and friendly staff. the store is in Old Christchurch road and parking is a bit of a problem. The nearest is the multistorey which is a good 5 minutes walk away. The store is a great place to get those special, good quality Christmas gifts and has loads of perfume stands. I would recommend this store.
