When i moved into my first home i bought a few expensive items from currys which i am pleasrd about as they are still up and running strong.
Although i recently bought a laptop from currys, firstly we were stood around for about half an hour waiting for some one to serve us, when we finally spoke to someone they said wait a minute ill get you someone else, then the other guy came along and we told him what we wanted and he said wait a second i need to see if its in stock and ask my manager a question, that took another 10mins.
When we were finally buying the product the boy asked us if we wanted insurance to which we replied no thanks, then he got in a massive stress saying but you can cancel it later. so we just dont want it just so you can get your comission, if he was polite and not moody to us the whole time i may have done it then cancelled a few days later, but because of his attitude i didnt see why we should.
Other than that little incident i really like shopping at currys and will shop there again, maybe that boy was just having an off day?! read more
